- Expedia Group (NASDAQ:EXPE) CTO Rathi Murthy and SVP, Core services Product and Engineering, Sreenivas Rachamadugu, are no longer with the company due to “violation of company policy.”
- “We’re actively searching to fill these roles and remain confident in our technology, strategy, and employees,” the company said in a statement to TechCrunch. “Due to confidentiality, we will not be making any further comments on the matter.”
- “I look forward to sharing my story at the appropriate time and setting the record straight,” Murthy said in a statement to the online publication.
- The dismissals come just after Ariane Gorin took over the CEO role on May 13.
