It looks like insiders at several major companies have been busy trading their own company’s shares over the past week! For the second week in a row, Nvidia (NVDA) executives were selling off some of their stock. But they weren’t the only ones – we also saw some activity at retail giants Costco (COST) and Target (TGT), and healthcare powerhouse CVS Health (CVS).
Let’s dive into some of the notable transactions that happened between June 9th and June 13th.
First up, Nvidia (NVDA). Director Tench Coxe sold a whopping 1 million shares at $142.80 each, raking in $142.8 million. Even after that significant sale, he still holds a hefty 31.57 million shares. Another director, Mark Stevens, also offloaded 358,849 shares for a total of $51 million, with prices ranging from $141.85 to $142.5. He’s still holding onto 36.47 million shares, though.
Over at CrowdStrike (CRWD), President Michael Sentonas sold 25,000 shares for $477 apiece, which came out to about $11.93 million. He still has a substantial holding of 422,204 shares.
Then we have Costco (COST). Executive Vice President Pierre Riel sold 2,000 shares for around $1,014.15 each, totaling a $2 million stake. This reduces his shareholding to about 8,210 shares.
Target (TGT)‘s Chief Accounting Officer, Matthew Liegel, sold 2,044 shares of common stock at $100.9 per share, totaling $206,245. After this, he owns 11,064 shares.
And at UnitedHealth Group (UNH), Patrick Conway, CEO of their Optum subsidiary, sold 589 shares of the parent company at $305 per share, bringing in $179,645. He directly holds 10,398 shares of UnitedHealth Group after that sale.
It wasn’t all selling, though! We saw some insiders buying shares too.
